One of my projects is an ethnography of a UK monastery; I have published on the methodology and have a couple of articles planned on other aspects of the project. I would also like to explore the visual dimension of a 'segregated organisation' and your network looks just like the forum I need. I am a linguist by background with strong research links with management and OS.
