The Kingswood Room is located in The Kingswood Hall – situated on Coopers Hill Lane, a short distance from the main Egham campus.

Coming by Train

College Bus shuttles run on a regular timetable from Egham Station to the main campus with a journey time of five minutes. Bus shuttles run from the main entrance of the campus to Kingswood and also take around five minutes. A total of 30 minutes should be allowed for travel between Egham Station and the Kingswood Room.

A local bus service also runs regularly from Arndale Way to Englefield Green. It is approximately a ten minute walk from there to the venue.

Coming by Car

If you have requested a permit when registering, parking is available on the Kingswood Hall site. Follow the Runnymede Air Forces Memorial signs, Kingswood is located 50 yards beyond the entrance to that. The site post code for use with sat-nav is TW20 0LG.
